Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Great Stay

端午節放假，孩子想去温泉泡泡，首當其沖就是選擇種草了很久的美憬閣，早上預訂了一間活動價大床房，端午得加價，孩子平時學業繁重也得放鬆放鬆對吧。成都出發一個小時左右到達。不得不説這家酒店一定是寶藏酒店，前台葉經理人美心善，看我們帶了小孩，在酒店已經滿房的情況下給我們升級成了別墅泡池房。環境優美、乾淨舒適、設施齊全，想用啥順手就能拿到，TIM服務周到熱情。温泉泡池有十幾個吧，很寬裕不擁擠，體驗了鹽療和沙療，唯一就是更衣室工作人員有點忙。酒店內可以騎車，打球，划船感覺得到酒店倡導的是一種很契合健康向上的生活方式。漢服旅拍小姐姐們的手藝和服務也很不錯，遺憾的是旁邊的水上樂園沒有去成，下次有機會再去！

非常愉快的一次入住體驗，Victor從入住前就一直很貼心地瞭解我們的需求，提供幫助和建議，最驚喜的是幫我們升級了房型，特別用心！ 環境：環境清幽，安靜舒適，適合一家人度假放鬆 設施：提供了足夠的小童用品，尖鋭的地方還貼了防撞角，細心，酒店裡的小童樂園有滑梯和沙，再加上湯池，夠小朋友玩了 服務：特別棒，所有工作人員都很熱情、周到，會及時詢問用餐體驗、入住感受，並及時給予反饋。 下次還會帶家人過來度假！

精心挑選了一家適合一家老小的酒店過母親節，結果居然完全高於預期，收穫了驚喜連連！管家Mia提前聯繫詢問房間需求和套餐項目預約，就嘗試着問了一下能不能升級小黃鴨親子套房，結果居然可以！這個房號886的院子有草坪可以讓娃摘野花吹蒲公英，有秋千可以晚上坐在上面看星星，有帳篷可以躲貓貓，有泡池和小黃鴨可以耍完温泉水馬上收拾，有小黃鴨主題的抱枕和小童用品，甚至嬰兒床和床尾凳都完美的拼接出安全的睡覺區域，治好家長強迫症。之前擔心泡池私密度不夠還怕曬，這間房不但有簾子還有可轉動的陽傘，讓小朋友在大中午泡到不想走，甚至跟酒店申請了一下居然延時到三點退房！酒店還有沙子、專門的小童遊樂區和看得出認真設計的親子活動，擺渡車隨叫隨停每個工作人員都會熱情的打招呼。這兩天隔壁子有鐵人三項比賽早上快遞沒送到酒店，工作人員甚至去了隔壁驛站幫取快遞！另外套餐內含的小火鍋菜品很新鮮，免費的水吧有吃有喝有奶有酒，公區温泉可選很多，沙療鹽療雖然長輩不能用但是驅寒效果很明顯，旅拍小姐姐技術過關399可獲得9張精修，30元半小時可以租蝸牛車在酒店裡追蝴蝶，至於歡唱2小時……根本來不及歡唱了。總之有機會會二刷的温泉酒店，適合一家老小度假躺平。

種草這家酒店很久了，抓住五一的尾巴來了。 酒店環境超好，園林中的一棟棟小別墅，選的私湯房，面積很大，設施齊全，雙衞生間洗漱無憂，私湯就在院子裏，一步到室內，泡在温泉池看月亮真的特別放鬆。 夜裡還有草坪燒烤，還可以看打鐵花表演，餐廳環境也很好～另外還可以騎自行車或者蝸牛小電動車，酒店活動很多，很適合帶娃出來玩，也適合打工人放空充電。
